About the role
An exciting opportunity to join Jobber Projects as an Apprentice Contract Manager. You will gain hands-on experience supporting the planning, coordination and delivery of commercial tiling and stonework projects across London while working towards a Level 4 Construction Site Supervisor Apprenticeship.
As an Apprentice Contract Manager, you will support the successful delivery of commercial tiling and stonework projects from planning through to completion. Working alongside experienced managers, you will learn how construction projects are organised, monitored and delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.
Your responsibilities will include reviewing project drawings, assisting with project planning, attending meetings, coordinating labour and subcontractors, visiting sites to monitor progress and quality, recording site progress, identifying and reporting site issues, organising materials, monitoring progress against programmes, supporting quality inspections, assisting with health and safety requirements, maintaining project records, and supporting communication with teams. You will also assist with client inspections and learn about variations and project costs.
This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, receive support and mentoring, and gain full training and development.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or above. A-Level Any at grade 4/C.
