About the role

Join CoTrain as a Level 4 Apprentice Construction Site Supervisor based at a new build project on the Oxford Science Park. You will support the on-site Manager, overseeing bespoke carpentry work. Duties include ensuring timely and safe project completion, recording site events, learning inspection standards, complying with environmental plans, understanding site procedures, building relationships with other teams, liaising with management for inspections, managing material storage, and reporting on development targets. This apprenticeship is a standard qualification titled "Construction Site Supervisor" at Level 4, equivalent to an HNC. Upon completion, you can typically advance to a Level 5 & 6 qualification. The training involves weekly day release at ABINGDON AND WITNEY COLLEGE. Applicants must be Oxfordshire residents within 30 miles of the site. Due to the nature of the work, applicants aged 18 or over are preferred. This is a genuine apprenticeship opportunity.

Entry requirements

• GCSE Maths, English and three other subjects at grade 4 or C. Strong communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, problem-solving skills, logical thinking, and initiative are essential.
