About the role
This apprenticeship is an opportunity to join the Grosvenor London Estate’s Service Performance Team as a Major Works Project Manager Apprentice. You will learn to manage maintenance provisions and deliver small projects across the London Estate. Key duties include preparing project specifications and contract documents, assessing tender submissions, managing project finances, conducting property surveys, understanding health and safety regulations, and supporting the delivery of various project portfolios. You will gain experience in establishing client briefs, appointing consultants and contractors, coordinating design development, and managing projects through the RIBA stages, as well as learning about risk, programme, and cost management.
Entry requirements
- 3 Qualification (Apprenticeship/A Levels/BTEC etc.) OR equivalent work experience (typically 2 years in a relevant role) AND 5 x GCSE’s including English & maths at Grade 4 (C) or above
