About the role
PROPERGEEKS LIMITED is seeking an IT Technician Apprentice to assist in diagnosing and repairing computerised device and software failures. The role involves selling hardware and software products, and assisting customers both in-store and over the telephone. Key duties include troubleshooting hardware/software issues, providing remote support, managing customer interactions, assisting with product purchases, maintaining shop standards, and adhering to company procedures for data security, cash handling, and electrical safety. The apprentice will also attend training courses and comply with company policies on equal opportunities and dress code.
