About the role

This apprenticeship focuses on sales and marketing support. You will maintain CRM and sales records, assist the Business Development Manager with appointment generation, develop and qualify leads, manage customer review activity, and help with marketing content and campaigns. Your duties will include using social media to identify target businesses, engaging with prospects, making outbound calls to book appointments, contacting former and current customers, and responding to online reviews. You will also draft marketing copy, update website content, complete weekly sales reports, and check new sales contracts. This role offers a great opportunity to learn about sales and marketing within a growing company.
