About the role

T&G Woodware is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Service Apprentice to join their team in Lincolnshire. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in sales and customer service while working towards an apprenticeship qualification. The role involves supporting customer orders, handling queries via phone, email, and other channels, liaising with other teams for order processing, and contacting existing and prospective customers. Essential requirements include GCSE English and Maths at A*-C/4 grades, along with strong communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, problem-solving, administrative, and team-working skills. The apprenticeship duration is 1 Year 6 Months, with a start date of 28th October 2026 and a closing date of 16th October 2026. The training provider is Lincoln College, with training delivered one day a month during term time within contracted working hours. Applicants will need their own transport or be able to drive to the workplace, which is located on the A17. Successful candidates will work towards a Level 3 Customer Service Apprenticeship Standard and will be assigned a dedicated assessor. Career progression opportunities include continuing in a customer service or sales administration role and potentially progressing into more senior positions.
