About the role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Apprentice to join our team at ASSA ABLOY LIMITED. This role is primarily customer service focused, providing an excellent foundation in customer engagement, communication, and business operations, while also offering valuable exposure to sales activities. As part of your apprenticeship, you will gain hands-on experience working with customers and colleagues across the business, developing the skills and knowledge needed for a successful career in sales. Duties include providing excellent customer service, supporting customers with enquiries, building positive relationships, assisting with sales administration, learning about products and services, identifying customer needs, maintaining accurate records, and working across different teams. Basic IT skills and an interest in developing a career in sales, customer service, or business are essential.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE English and maths at grade 4 or above, good communication and IT skills, attention to detail, organisation skills, customer care skills, teamwork, initiative, a positive attitude, confidence speaking to others, willingness to learn, and strong interpersonal skills.
