About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Sandwell Council's Floating Support Service. This rewarding role will support vulnerable residents to maintain independence, access services and improve their wellbeing. You will gain valuable skills whilst supporting individuals and families with housing-related and independent living needs.
As an Apprentice in the Floating Support Service, you will learn how to support customers with their needs, provide advice and information, assist with assessments and support plans, help customers access opportunities, work with partner organisations, maintain accurate records, monitor outcomes, promote equality and inclusion, develop effective working relationships, and provide general administrative support.
