Customer Service Apprenticeship Trade Vehicle Security

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Apprentice to join Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in customer service while gaining a recognised Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner qualification.

Duties include answering incoming telephone calls, providing first-class customer service, assisting customers with product information and order updates, supporting the sales team, building positive relationships, processing invoices, supporting payroll administration, assisting with stock checks and inventory, placing orders, updating customer records, filing documentation, handling and resolving customer queries, and working closely with colleagues to ensure a high level of service. You will also participate fully in apprenticeship training and development activities.

Entry requirements

• GCSE English grade 4 and GCSE Maths grade 4. Essential skills include communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, problem-solving, presentation, administrative, number, analytical, logical, team working, creativity, initiative, and being non-judgemental and patient.
