About the role

Embark on a career in sales with Linde Material Handling's two-year Sales Development Programme. This apprenticeship combines practical experience, mentoring, and formal learning to shape you into a confident sales professional within a global business. You'll support the sales team, build customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and prepare sales documentation. The role involves contacting prospective customers, updating sales systems, and attending customer meetings with experienced colleagues. You will also assist with customer demonstrations, monitor sales opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions. The program includes mentoring, coaching, and sales training, alongside completing apprenticeship learning activities and professional development tasks. You'll gain commercial awareness and an understanding of customer buying decisions, with a focus on personal development goals. A full UK driving licence is required, and successful candidates must be willing to travel. Upon completion, there's a pathway to a Level 3 Sales Representative Apprenticeship and potential permanent roles within Linde Material Handling.
