About the role
Morrisons is launching the Proper Jobs: Fresh Start Programme, offering 1,000 apprenticeships by 2030 for young people aiming for retail leadership roles. This up to 2-year program combines on-the-job learning, formal training, and online modules. The role begins with 13 weeks as a Customer Assistant, followed by a 12-month Retailing Apprenticeship. Successful completion can lead to the Sir Ken Morrison Leadership School. Apprentices will learn customer service, sales, stock management, and more.
