About the role
This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to become a Construction Site Supervisor with Transport for London (TfL). Upon successful completion, you will be a Chartered Building Surveyor with world-renowned status, ready to manage and implement projects ranging from minor refurbishments to major infrastructure works. TfL intends to support the apprentice to achieve Member of the Chartered Institute of Building status, providing excellent grounding for a career in track renewals.
Entry requirements
- 5 GCSEs Grade 4 (C) and above in Maths, English language and a Science (or equivalent) plus 2 A-Levels in any subject at grade A* - D (or equivalent). Must be 18 by 7th September 2026. Original certificates or predicted grades required. Offer subject to satisfactory medical (including drugs/alcohol screening, eye test, hearing test).
