About the role
Join B&Q as a Customer Advisor Apprentice and become an expert in home improvement advice. This role involves actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions. You will work collaboratively with colleagues, manage stock, set up displays, and ensure the store looks its best. A key part of the role is turning challenging customer situations into positive experiences and using feedback to improve service. You will also utilize store systems to maximize sales and take responsibility for operating safely and legally, adhering to all company policies.
