About the role
Join Fast Turbo Ltd as a Customer Service Apprentice and build your career in a busy automotive business. You’ll learn how to communicate with customers, answer enquiries, process orders and provide excellent service, while gaining valuable experience and working towards a recognised qualification.
Duties will include answering customer calls and enquiries, processing and picking/checking orders, packing orders for dispatch, printing delivery and shipping labels, preparing and processing invoices, updating customer and order records, and keeping company records and systems up to date. You will provide friendly and professional customer service.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English at grade 4 and GCSE Maths at grade 4. Administrative skills, Analytical skills, Attention to detail, Communication skills, Customer care skills, Driving License, Initiative, IT skills, Organisation skills, Patience, Problem solving skills, Sales Skills.
