About the role

Join Doggy Daycare Tamworth as a Customer Service Apprentice and immerse yourself in the world of canine care and client interaction. This Level 2 Apprenticeship is perfect for passionate dog lovers. You will gain hands-on experience in looking after beloved pets and managing customer relationships. Key duties include greeting customers, handling inquiries, answering phones, managing dog check-ins and check-outs, supervising and caring for dogs, cleaning play areas, assisting with deep cleaning, and supporting veterinary shadowing to learn new skills. You will also be responsible for feeding dogs and administering light medications under full supervision. This role is physically demanding and takes place in a loud environment, so self-awareness is key.
