About the role
This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to join NBE BROKERS LTD, a growing local firm, as a Customer Service Advisor. You will gain hands-on experience in a supportive team environment, learning the intricacies of the insurance business. Key responsibilities include handling customer calls, managing insurance renewals and adjustments, maintaining accurate customer records, following up on outstanding tasks, providing clear and honest advice, and collaborating with other departments to ensure excellent customer service. You will also be working towards and completing your apprenticeship qualification, which is a Customer Service Practitioner Level 2. Upon successful completion, there are opportunities for permanent employment and potential progression into different departments.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above. Strong communication, IT, and teamwork skills are desired, along with confidence.
