Recruitment Apprentice

About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Tempting recruitment team in Croydon as they move forward into a year of growth. This apprenticeship is ideal for someone confident and driven, looking to start or develop a career in recruitment. The role involves delivering excellent service to candidates, sourcing candidates through various channels, writing and posting job adverts, pre-screening and interviewing candidates, arranging registrations, preparing CVs, managing candidate communication, carrying out referencing, and maintaining accurate records on the ATS/CRM system. You will also work collaboratively with consultants to achieve team KPIs and support with ad-hoc administrative tasks. Minimum requirements include strong communication skills, organisational and time management abilities, a proactive attitude, and IT proficiency. Previous experience in customer service, sales, or administration is desirable but not essential. The apprenticeship leads to a Recruiter Level 3 qualification.
