About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join TEMPTING RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS LIMITED as a Recruitment Apprentice at Level 3. Based in Dartford, this role offers a chance to start or develop a career in recruitment. The apprenticeship involves delivering excellent service to candidates, sourcing candidates through various channels, writing job adverts, pre-screening and interviewing candidates, managing candidate communication, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will be confident, driven, possess strong communication and organisational skills, and have a proactive attitude. Previous experience in customer service, sales, or administration is desirable but not essential. Upon completion of the apprenticeship, there is potential for a full-time position and growth within the business, with dedicated mentoring and support.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English & maths grade 4-9. Strong communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, problem-solving, presentation, administrative, analytical skills, teamwork, creativity, patience, confident telephone manner, and target-driven attitude required.
