About the role
Grosvenor is seeking a Data Analyst Apprentice to join their team in London. This role offers the opportunity to work across the full data lifecycle, from data collection to developing dashboards and presenting actionable insights. The apprentice will support the Customer Insights Manager in understanding customer behaviour, sentiment, and the use of digital services. Responsibilities include developing customer and community insight through survey research, data analysis, and reporting. The role also involves supporting customer data and reporting platforms, including creating dashboards and assisting with Google Analytics integrations. The apprentice will gain practical experience in survey design, data management, SQL, semantic modelling, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data analysis and contribute to delivering lasting commercial, social, and environmental benefit.
