About the role

Sutton Auto Factors is seeking a Retail Customer Service Advisor Apprentice to join their team. This apprenticeship offers a route to learning all aspects of the business, working alongside experienced professionals passionate about their industry. The role involves stock management, including checking, storing, and picking goods, as well as maintaining stock records. You will be responsible for taking customer orders via counter or phone and developing a strong knowledge of car parts to advise customers effectively. Duties also include handling internal and external queries, keeping records up-to-date, and utilizing internal computer systems for stock tracking and customer communication. You will liaise with other branches regarding stock, deliveries, and inquiries, and be adaptable to vary your working day between counter service and stock room duties. Building customer relationships and delivering exceptional service are key to ensuring repeat business.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE English Grade 3 or equivalent, GCSE Maths Grade 3 or equivalent. Communication skills, Attention to detail, Organisation skills, Problem solving skills, Logical, Team working, Initiative, Physical fitness.
