About the role
An exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Junior Estate Agent to join FISKS LTD in Canvey Island. This role involves supporting the sales team, conducting property viewings, and prospecting for new business. The apprentice will gain hands-on experience in the property market, working closely with the sales director. Key duties include managing the applicant database, booking viewings, conducting property viewings, prospecting for potential sellers, and providing administrative support to the sales team. The role also involves front office duties such as greeting clients and registering their details. The apprentice will be expected to adhere to company policies and procedures, including GDPR and money laundering regulations. A full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle are mandatory for this role.
