About the role
Hockley Community Day Nursery is seeking enthusiastic Early Years apprentices and practitioners to join their team. This role involves supporting children's learning, development, care, and wellbeing, offering a chance to build a rewarding career in childcare. Apprentices will work alongside experienced professionals, assisting with planning and delivering age-appropriate activities, observing and recording child development, and promoting independence. The apprenticeship will involve a Level 3 or Level 5 Early Years programme, combining workplace learning with off-the-job training. Successful completion may lead to further employment and career progression within the nursery, potentially into senior or leadership roles.
