About the role
NATIONAL NUMBERS LTD is seeking a motivated Customer Service Apprentice to join their team in CLEVELAND. This role involves supporting the sales team by handling warm enquiries via phone, webchat, and email from interested customers. The apprentice will negotiate the purchasing and selling of private number plates, accurately log customer interactions, assist with valuations, and build professional relationships with customers and vendors. This is a Level 2 apprenticeship with a duration of 1 year, offering the potential for a full-time role upon completion.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths (Grade A*-C/9-4) are desired. Strong communication, IT, organisation, customer care, and team working skills are essential.
