About the role
SHIRLEY TECHNOLOGIES LTD is seeking a motivated IT Support Apprentice to join their small IT team in Stretford. This role offers hands-on experience in providing 1st and 2nd line support, user onboarding, and working with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networking. The apprentice will gain direct mentoring from the IT Manager and exposure to various technologies and IT projects, contributing to a secure IT environment. Desirable knowledge includes Windows environments, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and basic networking concepts. The apprenticeship is ideal for someone with a passion for technology aiming to build a career in IT.
