The role of a Retail (Parts) Advisor Apprentice at Mercedes-Benz of Stockport is a diverse opportunity that blends back-office operations with front-facing customer service. You will be involved in receiving deliveries and serving customers, gaining skills in stock management, merchandising, forecasting, and analyzing purchasing patterns. Duties include preparing orders, managing stock, processing warranty claims, identifying parts, marketing, visual merchandising, forecasting, budgeting, and logistics management. Successful completion of the apprenticeship can lead to various career paths within Mercedes-Benz, such as Parts Process Specialist, Parts Supervisor, Parts Manager, After Sales Manager, or even Sales Executive.

Entry requirements

  • GCSEs in English and Maths at grade A*-C/9-4, along with essential communication, IT, attention to detail, organization, customer care, problem-solving, administrative, numerical, logical, teamwork, initiative, and patience skills.
