About the role

BRIGHT LITTLE STARS LTD is seeking an Apprentice Level 3 Early Years Educator to join their nursery located at 177 Leicester Road, Barnet, EN5 5EB. This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supporting children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework. The role involves planning and delivering engaging activities, completing observations and assessments, supporting children's personal, social, and emotional development, and promoting positive behaviour and inclusive practice. The apprentice will work closely with colleagues and families to support children's progress, ensuring their health, safety, and wellbeing at all times. This includes adhering to safeguarding, child protection, and confidentiality procedures, and recognising and reporting safeguarding concerns. The apprentice will contribute to a nurturing and stimulating learning environment. The apprenticeship is delivered by PARENTA TRAINING LIMITED and has a duration of 1 Year 3 Months. Successful apprentices may have opportunities for career progression into senior Early Years roles.
