About the role
Start your career at Bright Little Stars Nursery! As an Apprentice, you'll earn while gaining hands-on experience in our nurturing Barnet setting. Receive 1-to-1 coaching and fully funded Level 2 or 3 qualifications through Connect2EarlyYears, with hot staff lunches, your birthday off, and clear progression to Room Leader and management. Duties include supporting children's learning through play, building warm relationships with children and families, assisting with daily routines, planning and delivering activities, maintaining a safe environment, following safeguarding procedures, and communicating positively with parents and colleagues.

- Communication skills, Organisation skills, Customer care skills, Team working, Creative, Initiative, Patience, Physical fitness, Successful completion of an Enhanced DBS check.
