About the role

This apprenticeship at Parkway Volkswagen Kettering offers a fantastic opportunity to become a Service Advisor. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, managing their vehicle service and repair appointments. The role involves excellent customer communication, both face-to-face and over the phone, keeping customers informed throughout the process. Administrative duties include managing paperwork, preparing invoices, and processing warranty claims. You will also collaborate with workshop and management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and assist with the promotion and sale of accessories and service plans. Entry requirements

  • GCSE English and Maths (Grade 9-4 or A-C) and one other GCSE (Grade 9-4 or A-C). Strong communication, customer care, organisation, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are essential.
