About the role

Tabletop Dominion is seeking an enthusiastic apprentice to build a career in digital marketing within their specialist retail business. The role involves growing the company's online presence, e-commerce sales, and customer community, alongside supporting daily store operations. Key responsibilities include planning and creating social media content, supporting SEO, PPC, and email campaigns, and utilizing Google Ads and Analytics. The apprentice will monitor marketing metrics, research influencers, create simple graphics, and capture/edit product photography. A significant aspect of the role is developing practical use of AI systems like ChatGPT for marketing, research, and workflow improvement, with a strong emphasis on verifying AI output and maintaining brand voice. The role also includes managing product listings on Shopify, supporting website updates, and picking, packing, and dispatching online orders. Customer-facing duties involve assisting customers, operating the till, and handling enquiries. A genuine interest in TCGs, TTRPGs, and tabletop gaming is essential.
