About the role

This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in customer service, reception, and business administration. Entry requirements

  • GCSE Maths and English at grade 9-4 (A*-C). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a friendly and confident manner, strong customer service focus, good organisational and attention to detail skills, proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams), ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise, positive attitude, willingness to learn, enthusiastic, motivated, reliable, punctual, professional appearance, and a team player.
