About the role
Join Chery's fast-paced automotive environment as a Service Advisor Apprentice. This role offers the opportunity to learn core job functions, utilize advancing technology, and provide exceptional customer service. You will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for upselling products and services, booking vehicles for MOTs and services, liaising with technicians, and maintaining professional communication. The apprenticeship includes working towards a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner standard, with potential for further qualifications in maths and English if needed. Upon completion, there's a possibility of a permanent position and progression to a Level 3 standard, with potential earnings between £22k-£28k as a parts and service advisor.
