About the role
Join B&Q as a Customer Advisor and become an expert in home improvement projects. You will engage with customers, understand their needs, provide solutions, and work with your team to ensure the store looks great and operates smoothly. Daily responsibilities include approaching customers, offering assistance, resolving issues, and maximizing sales using available tools. You will also be responsible for adhering to safety and legal compliance, as well as store policies. This apprenticeship includes opportunities for training in paint mixing and timber cutting.
