About the role
Castle Medical Group is offering a L2 Customer Service Apprenticeship, providing hands-on experience in a healthcare setting. With full training and support, this role offers potential for progression. As part of the CMG family, you'll be the welcoming face of our practice, delivering outstanding customer service to patients and visitors.
Duties include supporting patients face to face and over the telephone, welcoming patients and visitors, signposting to the right clinician or service, providing administrative support, entering information into patient records, filing correspondence, participating in mandatory staff training, taking responsibility for personal development, and maintaining confidentiality of patient information.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grades 4-9.
