About the role
One Sports Warehouse, a specialist hockey retailer, is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant Apprentice in Chester-le-Street. This role involves providing excellent customer service through various channels, assisting customers with product advice, processing orders, and resolving queries. You will also be involved in stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and ensuring the shop is well-maintained. The position includes picking, packing, and dispatching orders efficiently, supporting promotional events, and working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced sporting retail environment.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English grade 3 or above, GCSE Maths grade 3 or above. Strong communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, administrative, number, and teamwork skills are essential. Initiative and an interest in sport and hockey are also required.
