About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join the customer service department at P H N ENTERPRISES LTD. As a Customer Service Apprentice, you will play a vital role in our business, gaining exposure to a wide range of tasks and developing essential skills. Your duties will include answering calls, updating customers, setting up new jobs on the system, recording information from customers and engineers, adding documents to the system, recording damage to incoming vehicles, and showing customers around replacement vehicles. This apprenticeship offers a structured training program with a reputable training provider, opportunities for further development, and potential for a permanent position upon successful completion.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE English and Maths grade 4 or C or above. Strong communication skills, IT skills, attention to detail, customer care skills, teamwork, initiative, and patience are essential.
