About the role
Join S3 Entertainment at a busy BP Petrol Station as a Customer Service Apprentice. You’ll gain hands-on experience in customer service, till operation, stock replenishment, food-to-go, sales and retail operations, while developing communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
Key duties include providing friendly and efficient customer service, operating the till accurately, handling customer enquiries and complaints, replenishing stock, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures. You will also support promotions, identify sales opportunities, and communicate effectively with colleagues. The apprenticeship aims to develop your knowledge of products, services, and the overall retail operation. Upon successful completion, there is potential for a full-time role. E3 Entertainments operates BP Petrol Stations across Keighley and Halifax, West Yorkshire, focusing on delivering a welcoming customer experience.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or equivalent.
