About the role
This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to join S3 Entertainment as a Customer Service Apprentice at a busy BP Petrol Station. You will gain valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of retail operations, including customer service, till operation, stock replenishment, and food-to-go services. The role will also focus on developing essential soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. Key duties include providing excellent customer service, accurately processing payments, handling customer enquiries and complaints, maintaining stock levels and displays, ensuring hygiene standards, and adhering to all company procedures. You will also be involved in supporting promotions and contributing to an improved customer experience and sales. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, there is potential for a full-time role within the company. S3 Entertainments operates BP Petrol Stations in Keighley and Halifax, West Yorkshire, with a strong commitment to customer service.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or equivalent.
