About the role

This apprenticeship at Group 1 Audi Southend offers a fantastic opportunity to become a Service Advisor, a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll be the primary contact for customers, managing their vehicle maintenance and repair journey. The role involves arranging bookings, communicating with customers, handling paperwork, processing invoices and warranty claims, and liaising with workshop and management teams. You'll also assist with sales of accessories and service plans. The ideal candidate is outgoing, confident, approachable, and a problem-solver with excellent customer service skills and a passion for the automotive industry. This is a varied and dynamic role within the service department.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C, plus one other subject at grade 4/C. Strong communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, problem-solving, administrative, and teamwork skills are essential.
