About the role
Villair Travel is offering a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Apprentice Travel Consultant. This role is perfect for individuals who love travel, enjoy assisting others, and have a good grasp of IT. You will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic independent travel agency, developing essential skills in customer service, booking management, and destination knowledge. The apprenticeship will equip you with the expertise to help clients plan their dream holidays, flights, hotels, and travel packages, ensuring client satisfaction through excellent advice and tailored recommendations. You will learn to use IT systems for bookings and customer profiles, stay updated on travel trends, and build a successful career in the travel industry within a supportive team. Upon completion, there may be opportunities for further qualifications.
Entry requirements
- GCSE Maths and English at grade C/4 or above. Strong communication, IT, customer care, and teamwork skills are desired, along with an interest in Geography.
