About the role

The Learning Tree is seeking a passionate and driven Deputy Manager with a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification and current early years leadership experience for a Level 5 Apprenticeship. This full-time position offers the opportunity to earn while you learn, completing your apprenticeship at the nursery with in-house tutors. Key duties include covering the manager's role, ensuring high standards of learning and development, creating engaging activities, supporting children's daily needs, and observing/recording progress in line with EYFS. The role involves planning and delivering creative activities, collaborating with staff, and building strong relationships with parents. Essential requirements include GCSE Maths and English at grade 4, and a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification. Soft skills such as communication, attention to detail, organisation, and teamwork are also crucial. This apprenticeship can lead to various leadership roles within the early years education sector.
