About the role
This apprenticeship is designed for a skilled and confident level 3 practitioner who is ready to take on additional responsibility. You will develop advanced leadership skills, deepen your understanding of child development, and play a key role in shaping practice across the nursery. Duties include leading high-quality practice, supporting junior staff, working with the management team, building relationships with children and families, contributing to planning and assessment, championing safeguarding, and modeling excellent communication. Desired qualifications include GCSEs in English and Maths (grade 4/C), and an A-level in Early Years Educator (Level 3) is essential. Strong communication, attention to detail, organization, customer care, teamwork, initiative, patience, and a deep understanding of EYFS are also required.
