About the role

Become a vital part of the emergency response as a Police Controller Apprentice with Thames Valley Police. This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to handle critical emergency and non-emergency calls, manage resource dispatch, and play a key role in ensuring public safety. Entry requirements

• GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4/C or equivalent. Desired skills include strong communication, IT proficiency, attention to detail, organization, customer care, problem-solving, analytical skills, teamwork, non-judgmental attitude, and patience.
