About the role

As a Digital Marketing & Content Creator Apprentice, you will work closely with the marketing and creative teams at LILANCH LIMITED to support a wide range of digital activities. This role involves executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and contributing to improving the company's online visibility. Key duties include supporting social media planning and strategy, assisting with influencer outreach, scheduling and publishing content across multiple platforms, and maintaining monthly content calendars. You will also conduct research such as hashtag analysis and competitor reviews, manage community engagement, review and improve product listings, and support the creation of live video content. The apprenticeship offers a hands-on experience with real clients and campaigns, leading to a recognised Level 3 Content Creation qualification. A strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and content creation is essential, along with good communication, organisational, and creative skills. The apprenticeship may lead to a permanent full-time role upon successful completion.
