About the role

Join XYZ INSURANCE SERVICES LTD as an Apprentice Sales Insurance Consultant in Canvey Island. This Level 2 apprenticeship offers full training and support with no cold calling, focusing on speaking to interested customers, providing insurance quotations, and following up on opportunities. Duties include making/receiving calls, managing callbacks, updating systems, and delivering excellent customer service. You will also gain administrative, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Upon completion, successful apprentices may be offered a full-time position with opportunities for career progression into senior sales and specialist insurance roles. The apprenticeship leads to the Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE English Language Grade 4-9 (A*-C), GCSE English Literature Grade 4-9 (A*-C), GCSE Maths Grade 4-9 (A*-C). Strong communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, problem-solving, administrative, analytical, and teamwork skills are also essential.
