About the role
Khaira Pharmacy is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Apprentice to join their pharmacy team in West Bromwich. This role involves front-of-house duties, interacting with patients and customers, issuing prescriptions, handling queries, contacting doctors, managing calls and emails, till work, and stock checks. Ability to speak and understand Punjabi is essential. This apprenticeship offers the possibility for the right candidate to grow and develop within the business. The apprenticeship is a Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard, with functional skills in Maths and English if required. Training is completed within the working environment, with no day release. The company is a well-established pharmacy providing NHS and private services to the local community.
