Farmfoods is seeking an ambitious Apprentice Retail Supervisor for their Ilford store. This permanent, full-time role offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in retail. As an apprentice, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers, assisting them with their needs, providing fast and friendly service at the tills, and ensuring efficient stock handling. You will also be involved in maintaining shop cleanliness, managing daily routines, opening and closing the shop, handling cash, placing orders, and supporting the manager in leading the team. This role requires a friendly, positive, and hardworking individual who enjoys a busy environment and is reliable and flexible with shifts. The apprenticeship involves completing a Level 3 Customer Services Specialist standard, with regular one-to-one training sessions and workplace mentoring. Upon successful completion, there are significant opportunities for career progression within Farmfoods, with many management positions filled internally by former apprentices.
