About the role
Alfred H Knight is offering an exciting opportunity for a Group Quality Apprentice to join their team in Liverpool. This role focuses on supporting the continuous improvement and delivery of the AHK Quality approach within Group Laboratory operations, specifically for metals and minerals analysis. The apprentice will be involved in leading or supporting non-conformance investigations, root cause analysis, and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) planning and verification. Duties also include maintaining records, investigating quality control failures, conducting data integrity checks, supporting internal and external audits, and contributing to process optimisation and risk reduction activities. This apprenticeship provides a salary and leads to a Level 5 qualification, offering a strong foundation for further career development within the sector.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade 5 or above. Desired: Level 4 Improvement Practitioner training or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
