About the role

This is an experienced apprenticeship opportunity for a Recruitment Resourcer within TEMPTING RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS LIMITED. The role is based in Dartford and requires significant prior office-based, call centre, or retail management experience (6-7 years). The position is sales-driven, focusing on business development, candidate sourcing, client relationship management, and headhunting, rather than pure administration. Key duties include using job boards to find suitable candidates, registering and qualifying them, formatting CVs, maintaining databases, conducting market research, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, target-driven, self-motivated, resilient, and possess strong communication, IT, and administrative skills. A driving licence and car are preferred. The apprenticeship offers full on-the-job and off-the-job training, leading to a recognised Level 3 Recruiter Apprenticeship Standard qualification. Career progression includes a full-time position and growth within the business, with mentoring and support provided. This role is not suitable for entry-level candidates and requires individuals aged 18+ due to business development responsibilities. The salary is £25,000 per annum. GCSEs in English and Maths at grade 4-9 or A*-C are desired.
