About the role

Join Tiny Town as a Customer Service Apprentice and play a key role in ensuring every child and family enjoys a safe, fun, and memorable visit. You will provide excellent customer service, assist with the daily operations of the centre, maintain high cleanliness standards, and cultivate a welcoming environment. Your duties will include greeting customers, managing admissions, handling enquiries, serving food and drinks in the cafe, preparing food and beverages, restocking supplies, monitoring play areas for safety and tidiness, cleaning facilities, performing maintenance checks, assisting with events and parties, supporting opening and closing procedures, promoting Tiny Town's values, and collaborating with colleagues. You will also follow company policies regarding safeguarding, health and safety, food hygiene, and data protection. This apprenticeship offers a path for progression into permanent roles like Team Member, Shift Leader, or Supervisor, with opportunities for further development in customer service, hospitality, and leisure.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE Maths and English grade 4 or above, or Functional Skills Level 2 in Maths and English. Desired skills include strong communication, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, problem-solving, presentation, administrative skills, teamwork, creativity, initiative, patience, and physical fitness. A warm and engaging personality is also valued.
