About the role

This apprenticeship will provide a supportive environment to achieve a Level 2 Customer Service qualification over 12-15 months. The role involves working in retail settings, assisting customers, handling donations, and performing duties such as collecting and delivering stock with a driver. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing donations, aiding customers in finding products, operating the till, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Physical tasks involving lifting are also part of the role. Applicants must reside within the Royal Town of Sutton Coldfield.
